Perseverance thy name is Rohit….. A shy boy who never answered a question in more than 1-2 sentences, is now inspiration to C.A. aspirants. But this is possible because of his constant interaction with Sarthak Mentors and also life skill sessions helped him to come out of his shell. Being a son of vegetable seller coming from economically weaker background he has overcome all the odds against him to become Chartered Accountant. Despite having completed his SSC in marathi medium he learnt English to pursue his career in commerce. Rohit scored 93.40%in SSC, topped in Saraswati School and then passed HSC with flying colours by getting 89.60% After that he cleared his foundation examination of CA, intermediate and then final examination. Rohit just got his C.A degree and now joined KPMG company. Throughout these 5-6 years, Sarthak Welfare Foundation stood behind him supported him financially and mentally. A genius who is known for his out of box thinking…. Despite coming from weaker section of the society, Shashank never played safe. He was always ready to take risks and believed in experimentation. Shashank scored 88.40% in SSC and decided to chose science stream. He passed his HSC with 79.53%. But even while studying for his HSC examination he participated in all competitions and read books. Shashank completed his mechanical engineering with 9.1 CGPA from VIIT college. Though like his friends he had a chance to go abroad for higher studies he chose not to do so as he had something different in his mind. Shashank did not even take up a job in IT industry. He was firm on his decision and started his own venture named ‘Business Repayment Solutions’. A teacher in making…. Daughter of an auto rickshaw driver & with a weak economic background, Aditi nursed her ambitions of higher education & pursued her career in the field of science, after scoring 87.20% in S.S.C. Then she passed her H.S.C. examination easily and scored 77.76%. In her 12th standard Aditi developed a special interest in mathematics. So instead of going for Engineering or medicine, she decided to study mathematics. Aditi graduated from Garware College with 84.58% % now pursuing her post-graduation in mathematics in modern college. She hopes to enter in the field of education after her post-graduation. Her family contribution – with the help of Sarthak Foundation – in fueling her ambitions & supporting her with available resources is exemplary. Calm quiet, mature, affable Aditi is cynosure of mentors of Sarthak Welfare Foundation. Aditi acknowledges the contribution by her mentors for Career guidance, she received from them. Believe in yourself Hardworking Ankita scored 86.44% in her diploma & then graduated from Cummins College of Engineering with 7.48 CGPA. She is now working with Adverb Technologies in Delhi. Like all our other mentees we selected Ankita after her S.S.C. She decided to take admission in diploma in computer science stream. She has had a fascination & interest in computer science. Ankita always enjoyed keeping up to date with latest advances in that eve developing field. Thoughtfully designed process of mentoring by Sarthak Foundation not only helps the mentees to achieve success in their academic path but also develops a process of thinking about future among the mentees. A sincere, hardworking, reticent, goal oriented small boy Mukesh met her mentor when he was in 10th std. At that time, he was doing his studies to get admission for mechanical diploma. He passed with 84%. He maintained the score throughout his diploma. He passed out his third year during pandemic. Also, same time his family faced major medical problem. Sarthak Welfare Foundation strongly supported him. In spite of all odds, he got internship in TATA MOTORS. During this period his father admitted to hospital. Unfortunately, Mukesh lost his father. At that time Mukesh needed financial and psychological support. Sarthak Foundation stood with him to overcome the situation. He was continuously connected with Sarthak. After completing his education now he is working with BOSCH. - Mukesh Pedde
